DON'T GO HERE......Poor customer service. Over the phone they promise you fast service but when you arrive it's a different story. I was told that my issue would be looked at immediately by it took 3 days. Also you never hear from them while your car is in the shop; No status report, No estimate but as soon as the service is done they're hounding you like bill collectors. Plus it's 2016 and they don't take credit cards, you're not told until check out.

Excellent customer service. Knows his Mercedeses, BMWs and VWs inside and out. Great prices compared to the rip off franchise dealers. Imer the owner is a great mechanic to do business with.
After picking up vehicle 4 days and $400 later, the same problems exist. Mainly the vehicle continues to cut off and lose all power while driving. This guy makes it really hard to support local small-town businesses while visiting home.
