I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 5 hours to see a doctor.
I have been several times and have always been greeted by a cheerful, helpful staff. Dr. Wenkstern is very professional ,truly cares and wants the best for each of his patients. He has a marvelous bedside manner and takes the time needed to get the job done...it was not a 7-11 rush you through type atmosphere. He is also a miracle worker- I love my new arthritis medicine:) It is always a joy to see everyone there! Thank You!! Happy Holidays !
"Because I broke my ankle, I was forced to be seen at Martinsville's Bone and Joint Center as a patient, in order to be scheduled for ankle repair surgery by Dr. Wenkstern Michael G MD/ After seeing the surgeon and being reassured that he can heal me ... I was turned over to Ms. Mullins for paperwork processing, which, if I may add .... she showed 100% professionalism and projected warmth and friendliness to both me and the person who gave me a ride to this facility.
