My flowers from Simply the Best were gorgeous. I love the flowers and floral arrangement. I loved the design so much I sent my sister a similar design that was just a gorgeous. Thank you Simply the Best for making someone's day very special with these beautiful floral arrangements.
Second year in a row my daughters dance recital bouquet was wrong. I ask for a spring bouquet and I get 6 roses. I called to make sure I got the correct order and the lady on the phone tells me I should be grateful bc the roses or more than the floral bouquet and I saved money, no I'd be grateful for my correct order. My husband went to pick them up and the salesman couldn't find my order, that I called two weeks in advance for, and a lady at the desk told him "to grab the roses at the bottom of the case with no name on it" so I'm guessing my order was never completed. This will be the last time I use Simplu the Best, they don't care about my small order or business so I will take it somewhere else. I try to use small businesses as much as possible, but if they don't care about my small order I will find someone else who will.
We have suffered many loses recently. We live in Georgia and I have called with some unusual and unique requests. EVERY SINGLE TIME, Simply The Best, and their staff have gone above & beyond to make each arrangement, spray, gift etc. so far beyond our expectations!! Most recently, a special tribute to both being a truck driver & a veteran was amazingly achieved by their creative talents!! The family was deeply touched by such a fitting tribute and we can not thank you enough!! Can not praise this company and their staff enough!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, TOP NOTCH, #1 RATED!!
