Have worked with local Lowe's store to get windows installed. First time the ball was dropped by outside sales rep and the process dragged on for an additional month. Against my better judgment (and b/c of lack of local options) I utilized them again to get 2nd half of windows done. Store manager helped make the process go smoothly this time. However, the windows were not installed properly. A different contractor pointed out issues in this when we were getting estimates for siding. Lowe's Outside sales rep promised to come the next day and take pictures and get back in touch with us. Never happened. Not pleased at all with Lowe's service and follow through.
I'll be honest Lowe's has everything that I've ever had to go in there to get never had an issue except maybe once or twice is a great place to go
This store stays busy & each employee knows appx 75% of store merchandise. Most of them are fairly helpful.
Always clean, well lit, lots of selection, and always friendly staff. Always love coming in here for all my diy needs.
