The rooms were large, I needed a handicap accessible room and it was easy to navigate the bathroom was huge so easy maneuvering. The breakfast was very nice they had a nice selection of muffins and coffee and breakfast drinks. I was pleased.
The guy at the front desk was basic at best when checking me in. He told me nothing about WiFi, accommodations or breakfast. When I realized my boss accidentally booked me a smoking room, he basically said there was nothing he could do since it was through Expedia. After waiting for my boss to call Expedia and Expedia to call him, I was in a nonsmoking room after an hour. The room needs updating...shower head is loose, handle on the sink came off, etc. This morning I took my bag to my car leaving a few things in the room to come back and grab. I come back to the housekeeper walking into my room. Since when can you not feel like everything in your room is safe until you’ve checked out?? Where was she alerted that it was okay to enter my room?! I have not checked out and it is only 9am.
For the price and convenience, it was a good stay. Very clean. What we had issues with were the extremely squeaky bathroom door, leaky faucet, squeaky bed, and limited towels. This was by far our worst experience here but I feel it was an aberration.
Very warm and cozy, staff pleasant and knowledgeable, has swimming pool and free continental breakfast, centrally located to everything...loved my stay, will always be my first choice during visits to Martinsville Vs.

This place has friendly staff, nice & affordable rooms, a pool and continental breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here!
Stopped by to grab coffee and breakfast before breakfast was over. Literally all carbs only (biscuits, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, and muffins). Nothing healthy at all available like a meat, eggs or fruit.
