This was my first time using storage units. I've been there about 7 months now. When I called, they set everything up over the phone and let me move my things in on one of the days that their office wasn't officially open. My unit is in good shape and I was surprised to find it doesn't get super hot in the summer like I'd expected. Their online payment and email billing is great since I don't have a permanent address. I've kept a mouse trap and ant bait in my unit (to keep ants away from the mouse bait) and haven't had any problems with pests. As a bonus, they didn't have the unit size I wanted when I called so they put me in a slightly larger one at the same cost. Its definitely been a good experience.
