They won't investigate anything. They only handle cases with confessions. No leg work. Plus, overkill. They send five deputies with weapons drawn, to arrest a non-violent drug offender, with no prior arrest record. They don't do their homework to find that person either, even when that person has their address on record, in Patrick county where they have lived for two years, and is doing everything their probation officer requires. No, don't get in touch with the person via their probation officer, over an event that may or may not have happened 2 years ago - just bust in on someone who lives where that person used to, and search their house with guns drawn, and no search warrant.
I had a recent case where my son allowed my car to be used by others without my permission when I was away. I worked with Investigator Price who handled the case. In just a few days he worked hard on leads and came up with the location of the vehicle. What a blessing! The weight of the world is off of my shoulders. All I can say is that Henry county sheriffs department HAS GONE DOWN HILL QORSE THAN EVER.... APPARENTLY THEY CONDONE THEFT.... and consider side effects of TBI (traumatic brain injury) and Multiple Sclerosis...basis for arrest for "public intoxication"...... Really sad that MOST ROAD OFFICERS MAKE THE ONES WHO ACTUALLY SERVE AND PROTECT LOOK BAD.
People tried to break in my house while my children slept I had a knife until they got there they took me to one north because I was upset I told them if I was locked away my car would be stolen and it was. They still are doing nothing to help me.
