Always a good experience here. They do great work... Don't understand the adults complaining because they aren't grown up enough to remember their appts.
After 2 missed appointments they would no longer see me I explained to them ahead of time I'm a busy person I need to be called and reminded of my appointments a day before noone called to remind me so i called to check and see when my appointment was they told me i had missed 2 appointments and they could not reschedule I'm sure if you want your patience money it's not hard to call to remind of appointments considering y'all arntbever that busy instead of talking and doing nothing up front get to your job of calling your patience so they can remember to come in especially the ones that had major work that needed done
I was coldy told that they would not see me bcuz i missed 2 appts even after explaining 2 Miss April that i was at the hospital w my terminaly sick brother both times.. And they still charged my insurance 4 the visits
