I live 30 miles from the doctor's office and they wait until I have already made it to Martinsville to call me to cancel my daughters appointment 15 minutes before. I had to take her out of school for nothing. I doubt that I will ever attempt to bring her there. PS This was supposed to be her first appointment there.
Dr. Brown was very nasty with my kids. He doesnt even talk to the kids. My son asked him a question and he lied to him. Then tried to numb my son and the needle went through his lip twice. He wouldn't even apologize and said that it was my son's fought. I don't reckamen him. The two star's is for his staff.
His staff needs to pick up the phone. I don't know if they're doing their job or what.
My kids and I love it... The hospitality and care is excellent. They especially handle my special needs son with care and caution... I wouldn't trade their dentist for any other. Thank you Dr. Brown and your staff for a job well done.
